In 1999, Bitchy Bits came to life. Based on the popular underground comic book "Naughty Bits" created by cartoonist Roberta Gregory, this prime time animated comedy series was produced for The Comedy Network in Canada and Oxygen Media - an American broadcast and distribution company conceived for women and founded by Oprah Winfrey, Carsey-Werner-Mandabach, and Geraldine Laybourne. Cinemaria produced 15x3 minutes episodes of Bitchy Bits which debuted in February 2000.

Featuring the voices of Laura Kightlinger, Khandi Alexander and Elaine Stritch and since renamed Bitchy Bitch, Cinemaria produced 4x11 minutes episodes for its 2001 season.

A third season, titled Life's a Bitch, and now featuring Mo Collins as Midge McCracken (aka Bitchy Bitch) is presently in production.
